Jonathan rated it it was amazing Jun 13, This IS about short selling, but its also about how to read financial statements to find the beginning signs of a bad or unprofitable company.
But the author was clear with the concept and definitely a good read. The author describes an almost moralist disposition since short sellers enjoy exposing the corporate fraudsters who waste the shareholders money. But on the whole, even if they know the company cold, it is impossible to be prescient about the timing.
