They make me want to try much harder to make my baking pretty I’ve become very used to my sloppy handiwork. What I have cooked from it is delicious. No resto achei muito bom! It is another beautiful book by the Thomas Keller team.

Books by Thomas Keller. If you buy a cookbook for the sole purpose of making the recipes, then I would suggest passing this one by. I found both text and photos very inspiring and took notes while reading.

Co-author Sebastien Rouxel, executive pastry chef for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, has spent years refining techniques through trial and error, and every page offers a new lesson: Bouchon Bakery is a pretty good example of the type of cookbook I gravitate to.

A cookbook full of knowledge, tips and recommendations to be a better baker. This book is HUGE.

This is a beautiful, if weighty cookbook. There are no discussion topics on this book yet.

Maybe they are able to bake at this skill level though their books do not indicate this. I love the thick pages, rich with color photography.
